The short version

Meeting Ninja doesn't collect, store or share any personal information. Everything you enter stays on your own phone or tablet. There are no accounts, no adverts, no analytics and no tracking.

Who we are

Meeting Ninja is made by Coopr Ventures ("we", "us"). Find us at www.stustud.io. This policy covers the Meeting Ninja app on iPhone, iPad and Android, and questions about it are welcome at hello@stustud.io.

What Meeting Ninja collects

Nothing. Meeting Ninja doesn't collect any personal information: no names, email addresses, photos, locations, contacts, device identifiers or usage data. We don't know who uses Meeting Ninja, when, or what their meetings cost.

What stays on your device

Meeting Ninja saves a small amount of information on your phone or tablet so it can work. It never leaves your device and we can't see it.

• Your cost settings. The average salaries, working hours, working weeks and currency you enter, and whether the 30-minute nudge is on.

• Your attendee counts. How many junior, middleweight and senior people you last selected.

• Your meeting log. For each meeting you time: the date and time, how long it ran, the attendee counts, the estimated cost and whether you rated it worth it. No names of people or meetings are recorded.

• First use. The date you first opened the app.

Like all app data, this may be included in your own device backups (iCloud, a computer or your Google account), which Apple or Google manage under your account settings.

Meeting Ninja doesn't use your microphone, camera, location, contacts or calendar.

Sharing a meeting log

A meeting log is shared only when you choose to share it. Tapping Email Log or Share opens your device's own share sheet with a short text summary. That text goes to the app and recipient you pick, such as Mail or Messages, and is handled under that app's privacy policy. We never receive a copy.

Apple and Google

Downloads, payments and ratings are handled by the store you use, not by us. Buying Meeting Ninja goes through the App Store or Google Play under Apple's Privacy Policy or Google's Privacy Policy, and we never see your payment details. Tapping Rate This shows the store's own rating prompt.

Meeting Ninja has no servers of its own and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking software. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may pass us anonymous crash reports and overall usage figures that can't identify you. You can switch this off at any time in your device's privacy settings.

Keeping and deleting your information

We hold no information about you, so there is nothing for us to keep, delete or hand over, and no consent to withdraw. To remove your settings and meeting log, delete Meeting Ninja from your device. That erases everything the app has saved there. A copy may remain in your own device backup until that backup is replaced, or until you remove it in your Apple or Google account.

Children

Meeting Ninja is a workplace tool and isn't aimed at children. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.

Your rights

Data protection law in the UK and EU lets you see, correct and delete personal information an organisation holds about you. Because we hold none, there is nothing for us to provide, but you are welcome to ask us to confirm that at hello@stustud.io. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, or to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of Meeting Ninja changes anything described here, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
